Course Introduction
The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership consists of 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units, making a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

- Advanced Business Research Methods (20 credits)

- Strategic Financial Management (20 credits)
- Supply Chain and Operations Management (20 credits)
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation (20 credits)
- Globalization and Corporate Governance (20 credits)
- Strategic Change Management (20 credits)
- Strategic Marketing (20 credits)

Admission Requirements
For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:
- An honors degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
- Mature learners with management experience (learners must check with the delivery center regarding this experience prior to registering for the program)
- Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course
Language Requirements:
For learners from non-English speaking countries, the following minimum English proficiency requirements must be met:
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): Level B2
- Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): Score of 51
- IELTS: Overall score of 5.5, with Reading and Writing no less than 5.5.
Applicants must provide valid proof of English proficiency to meet these criteria.
